Councilmember Paul Vallone participated in the annual Mayoral vs. New York City Council game on September 17. Vallone joined City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito in a competitive game against Mayor Bill de Blasio and his administration. Vallone had the first hit of the game – a single.
